Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund regulations for services and goods provided by Baekrokdam Clinic.
1. Medical Consultation Services
Before Consultation: 100% refund is available if cancellation is requested before the scheduled appointment time.
After Consultation: Fees for medical services already provided (consultation, examination, prescription issuance, etc.) are non-refundable.
2. Medicines & Shipped Goods
Before Shipping (Cancellation)
Full cancellation is possible before the preparation of prescribed medicine begins or before shipping starts.
After Delivery (Return/Exchange)
Returns and exchanges are available within 7 days of receipt in the following cases:
- If the delivered item differs from the order.
- If the item is defective or damaged (including damage during shipping).
* However, returns for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind) may be restricted due to the nature of medical products.
* For customized herbal medicines, cancellation due to simple change of mind is not possible once preparation has begun.
3. International Payments & Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds for international cards may take 5–14+ business days depending on the card issuer and payment gateway policies.
Exchange Rates & Fees: The refunded amount may differ from the paid amount due to exchange rate fluctuations, and international transaction fees may not be refundable.
